- 1 pouch chunk light tuna in water (I believe albacore has too much mercury)
- salad greens
- 1/4 cup nuts of your choice
- 5 sliced cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 of an avocado sliced OR 2 tbl your favorite lite dressing
- 7 reduced fat Triscuits OR 1 Ezequiel sprouted grain tortilla
This is perfect for a summer lunch, or an easy on the go option (maybe minus the avacado). Toss it baby, and enjoy!
