Antipasto Bowl (repost from Cooking Light)

This is a wonderful and unique salad that I’ve made for years, and often gets requested.   I prepared it again today for a party and thought I’d share the recipe.  I make the exact recipe for parties, but leave the cheese out if it’s just for my family.  It’s not simple due to the amount of ingredients, but it’s easy to put together, and deliciously worth your time!
